Open-ended questions: Free response

In Preely you can ask open-ended questions, where your participants can write a free response. This is a great way to have more qualitative data.

You can choose to add an open-ended question to all your tasks or you can choose to add it as a follow-up after question to know why your particiapnts gave a curtain rating or why they choose exactly that option in a multiple choice question.
Be aware that due to the qualitative nature of the data collected, the analytics is more time consuming compared to e.g. multiple choice or rating questions.
